Kiwi Strawberry Sorbet Parfaits

    This sounds lovely – and I just picked up some Zespri kiwis at the store, the other day! Coincidence? I think not… ;-)

    I love the flavor of Kiwi and Berries together. Instead of just strawberries, I added raspberries and blueberries as well. Also, I substitute regular lemon with a Meyer Lemon along with the zest. Plus, a handful of fresh basil leave! It’s so refreshing you’ve gotta give this recipe a try…my version didn’t require an ice cream machine. ;) Super easy to prepare.
