Grilled and Stacked Ratatouille Salad

Pamela from My Man’s Belly knows that it’s good to eat your veggies. The Sur La Table Swissmar V Slicer inspired her to re-imagine Ratatouille so that she actually enjoyed eating those veggies, too.
