Cookbook Tour: An Edible Mosaic

Kitchen PLAY has launched an innovative program bringing together six talented food bloggers to support cookbook author and fellow blogger, Faith Gorsky, whose cookbook, An Edible Mosaic, was recently released.

Over the next two months, Amanda, Heather, Jennifer, Lana, Laura and Stephanie will introduce you to the recipes, the culture and the blogger behind An Edible Mosaic: Middle Eastern Fare with Extraordinary Flair. We are excited to combine our individual strengths with our collective passion for food to promote Faith and her beautiful cookbook through a series of blog posts, live events, reviews and author forums (Q&A).

Along the way, we hope you will join the fun in lots of ways:

  • try the recipes with us;
  • comment on our posts;
  • pose questions to the author during our Facebook forum later in December;
  • take part in our Cook, Tweet and Eat in January (details to be announced);
  • tell your readers, fans and followers about An Edible Mosaic and this Kitchen PLAY program;
  • Add An Edible Mosaic to your wish list (or heck, just go out and buy it!)

You can follow along here, on each of the blogs listed above, or by following the hashtag #AnEdibleMosaic. Stay tuned for more delicious news about An Edible Mosaic and the Kitchen PLAY Cookbook Tour!
