Cinnamon Apple Potato Salad

Just when you think you know potato salad, Amanda from Amanda’s Cookin’ adds apples and cinnamon to the mix, creating a sweet-savory play on your palate.

The US Apple Association is also sponsoring a wonderful giveaway here at Kitchen PLAY.
