Apple and Blue Cheese Tart

Amanda of Fake Ginger showcases apples in a unique tart that satisfies on all levels, combining salty, sweet, crunchy and creamy.

The US Apple Association is also sponsoring a wonderful giveaway here at Kitchen PLAY.
